Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, = equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete graveliners at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA 22172. Contract covers base period October 1, 2000 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2001, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2005.=20 This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.=20 Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3272 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Ms. Janice Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to =93U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.=94 Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ = 786-81-00 on remittances.
