Description

This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in acccordance with the format in Far Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NMA402-00-R-0005 and is issued as a request for proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through FAC 97-18. This acquisition will be a sole source contract to Webhire, Inc. for the purchase of a software package upgrade to include Webhire Enterprise, Recruiter's Workbench, Manager's Workbench and Hireline for People Soft. The current purchas is for a software upgrade to our current system provided by Webhire, Inc. There will be one contract line item for Webhire Work with a quanity of 1. The software package will be FOB destination and delivered to NIMA, HRR HD, Attn: Barbara Paulus, Mail Stop L-28, 3200 South Second St., St. Louis, MO 63118. The requested delivery is 30 days after contract award. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations adn Certifications -- Commercial Items, with offer. The clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Contract award will only be made to a contractor who is registered in th CCR database. A standard commercial warranty is required. This acquisition is subject to the availability of funds.
