- Description
- The Gvt. intends to solicit Raytheon Systems Co. in Marlborough, MA to modify the technical manuals and training system for the Secure, Mobile, Anti-Jam, Reliable, Tactical Terminal (SMART-T) to incorporate enhancements identified during the fielding/training processes. Award will be placed as a firm-fixed-price modification to Contract No. DAAB07-96-C-A757. This action will be processed on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). See numbered Note 22.
