Description

Landscaping Military Family Housing Maintenance Building 9958. This synopsitation issued by the Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, NE. The SIC Code is 0831; this is a 100 percent small business set-aside. SBA Size Standard is $5.0M. Project Number is 97-0004 & 97-0019. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following: furnishing and planting 20 2"C Deciduous trees, 12 2"C Flowering Crabapple trees, 7 6'H Conifer trees, 24 24"-30" Shrubs, 246 15"-18" Shrubs, 265 LF 5" Concrete Edge, 3500 SF of shrub bed preparation and 3500 SF Shredded Wood Mulch. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the landscape plan by contacting the contracting office. This requirement will not be split and should be bid on as all or none. A written solicitation will not be issued. The clause at FAR 52.212.3, Offerors Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
