This serves as notice of intent to negotiate with Standard & Poor's DRI on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Defense Logistics Agency and the Defense Contract Management Agency have a requirement to purchase 4 each Local Area Net versions plus 1 each single PC version for HQ DLA and 3 each single PC version for DCMA.
