- Description
- The Defense Suppply Center Richmond intends to renew an order with USA Information Systems, Inc. for a CD Fiche Subscription for FY 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 6, 2000; closing on or about November 06, 2000, using commercial procedures. The solicitation will be set-aside -- 100% small business. The applicable SIC Code is 7375. The product offered must include data from multiple Government sources including the Federal Logistics Information Service (FLIS), Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, General Services Administration (GSA) and National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA). Among the required FLIS data elements are Header Data, the Master Cross Reference List (MCRL), Management List (ML-C), Interchangeable & Substitutable ( I & S) Data, Identification List (IL), Major Organizational Entity (MOE) data and Cancelled/Replaced Information. Handbook data such as H2 Federal Supply Groups and Classes, H6 Federal Item Name directory and H4/H8 Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes must be included. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Military Service Procurement History data is required. The Navy Allowance Parts List (APL) must also be included. Product must allow searches by multiple fields including Part Number, CAGE, Source of Supply (SOS), Federal Supply Class (FSC), Item Name Code (INC) and Approved Item Name (AIN). Characteristics search capability must be provided. Information responses must be provided to the screen, printer or disk. Users must be able to select individual data fields to create tailored data reports. The user must be able to select a report output format which allows data transfer to other software applications, such as, spreadsheet, database or word processing. Product must be capable of being distributed to multiple users through the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) local area network (LAN). The product must be available to all DSCR users with up to 150 concurrent users allowed. The product must be approved for use by the DSCR Information Resources Technical Review Board (TRB).
