This is a notice of the Government's intent to negotiate with General Dynamics Communications, 77A Street, Needham, MA, 02494, on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase two KG-75 Fastlane Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) encryptor. The items must be compatible and interchangeable with existing KG-75 Fastlane equipment. General Dynamics Communication is manufacturer and the only known source that has compatible parts for this system. The applicable SIC code is 7373. All responsible sources may submit a quotation no later than 28 September 2000, which will be considered by the Government.
