- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the services of a contractor(s) to provide as needed on-call response services for hazardous materials incidents to the BLM for the State of Utah for compliance with environmental laws for the protection of human health and the environment including Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RECRA).
