Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the elmendorf Fitness Center Turkey Shoot Racquetball Tournament to be conducted November 16-19, 2000. We are seeking sponsorship for 2 cases of racquetballs; score sheets; tournament bracket posting sheets; fruit for participants in the tournament; 25 16-20lb. turkeys for first place awards, 25 12-15lb. turkeys for second place awards, 25 10-12lb turkeys for third place awards and 50 cornish game hens for consolation awards; 90 t-shirts plus artwork and printing setup; food to feed approximately 80 to 90 people with sandwiches, pizza, meatballs, and/or salad, pasta, soda, juice drinks; 90 prizes are needed for door prizes, such as: racquetball racquets, balls, gloves, restringing certificates, sweat bands, hats, etc. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than 27 October 2000. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
