Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the elmendorf Fitness Center 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament to be conducted November 9, 2000. We are seeking 45 t-shirts, water bottles, 12 basketballs, 12 plaques, fruit, food and drinks. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than 27 October 2000. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
