- VISN 3 Network Acquisition Program intends to procure on a competitive basis a preventive maintenance and testing of circuit breakers in sub-station 13.8 at the VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport NY 11768. The period performance shall included the basic year and 4 optional renewal periods of one-year each duration..
