Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools and miscellaneous maintenance materials in connection with the maintenance and repair of ventilation fans, engine exhaust fans and air curtains on Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The Contractor shall perform scheduled maintenance, service calls, and keep records on ventilation equipment and their components. The contractor shall repair (as needed), adjust, clean, replace (as needed), lubricate and calibrate all parts. The performance period is 1 Nov 00 thru 31 Oct 01 with possible two one-year option periods. Solicitation will be provided in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, telephone number, DUNS, Cage Code, and TIN. A FAX request will be accepted. FAX number (573) 596-0267. Contractor must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration Program (CCR). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency.
