Description

See Note 22. This acquisition is for Interim Contractor Support(ICS) for the High Mobility DGM Assemblages (HMDA) and is a Sole Source to Laguna Industries, Inc. Laguna, New Mexico under authority 10 U.S.C 2304(C)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a), Only One Responsible Source. Procurement will be a modification to Contract DAAB07-97-C-F764 which was awarded to LII IAW FAR 6.302-1(a). Acquisition will be for a twelve month effort. Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file at the Contracting Office.
