Description

The USDA, ARS, has a competitive requirement to perform docketing and tracking of annuities and nominal workings associated with patents filed in countries outside of the United States. This requirement will ensure timely payment according to country-by-country patent regulations and reporting thereof. The base period of performance will be from November 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, with options for four (4) additional 12-month periods. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The anticipated release date is September 15, 2000. The acquisition will be available on the Internet at the following URL location in WordPerfect and ASCII: http://www.ars.usda.gov/afm2/divisions/ppd/solicit.htm.
