Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR part 12 and 13 a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to South Texas Blood and Tissue Center (STBTC), 6211 IH 10 West, First Park Ten Blvd, San Antonio TX 78201,for the following: provide diagnostic tests for HCV and HIV, with results within 24 hours of sample receipt, for the blood donor program at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB TX 78236. Time period, life of the BPA,( up to 5 years). The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synoposis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
