This is a notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order to Orthopedic Systems, Inc. for (1) Orthopedic and Imaging Table System under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is September 20, 2000. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
