Description

USDA, AMS, National Organic Program intends to award two purchase orders for the evaluation of substances for inclusion on the National List. The two non-profit organizations receiving these awards are Organic Materials Review Institute and Organic Farming Research Foundation. These two awards are being made under urgent and compelling authorization. Other facilities will be considered for award after October, 2000. The solicitation for the FY 2001 awards will be announce in the Commerce Business Daily. Interested bidders should requests a copy of the solicitation per the forthcoming instructions.
