Description

Provide Food Service Attendants at Truax Field, Madison, WI for the period 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 (Base Year), plus a 4-year option that may be exercised by the Government on a year by year basis. Services will be required one weekend per month, during Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs), which are conducted on a Saturday and Sunday. Total period equals 24 days per Fiscal Year at 6 hours per day. It is recommended that a minimum of 9 attendants per day be furnished to assure performance, however, this recommendation does not minimize the Contractor's obligation to use as many employees as are necessary for proper contract performance. Some heavy lifting may be required. Duties consist of, but are not necessarily limited to: a) Cleaning and sanitation of facilities and equipment, b) Bussing of tables, c) Washing of tableware, pots, pans and all cooking utensils and d) Handling of supplies and equipment. The aggregate magnitude of this 5-year contract falls within the $25,000 to $100,000 range. Bid opening date will be o/a 5 October 2000.
