Description

Single-award term contract for the period 02-01-01 to 01-31-02. Marginally Punched Continuous Forms and Sets that are chemical transfer and with or without carbon interleaves requiring such operations as printing, construction, packing, and distribution. Various sizes from 241 x 279 mm x 9-1/2 x 11 to 14-7/8", and 750 to 50,000 per order. Agency will notify contractor, by phone, of issuance of a print order. Ageny will then fax contractor a copy of the print order, and the original will follow by mail. Quality level IV. Bid opening anticipated during the month of December 2000. Request bid invitation by letter to the address above.
