The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System will be negotiating a sole source contract with Med-Express Transport of Reno, Nevada, to provide wheelchair transportation for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Northern Nevada area. Due to restrictions put on this type of service by Washoe County only one firm is available to provide the service. No solicitation will be available.
