Description

Amendment # 2. Response to questions regarding solicitation: Question # 1: Ref Page 16208-6, Section 2-1, Paragraph J: item 1. Our interpretation of this paragraph is that the generator is mounted on a steel double walled base tank. Answer: The generator shall have a skid mounted tank. Some manufacturers mount their generator on top of a skid fuel tank. Some manufacturer's mount fuel tanks within a skid assembly. In either case the generator is mounted on a rigid structure. Question # 2. Ref Page 16208-22, Section 3-3, Paragraph E: This paragraph refers to filling an underground storage tank. Should not this refer to the base tank being refilled after the testing is completed? Answer: Yes, this paragraph should refer to the skid mounted fuel tank.
