Description

Extension of the current Military Family Housing Maintenance Contract for a seven month extension of services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supervision, and equipment to maintain military family housing units and playgrounds on Malmstrom AFB. Scope of maintenance includes management, service calls, change of occupancy maintenance, recurring exterior facilities maintenance, recurring equipment maintenance, major and minor painting and varnishing, major floor refinishing and replacement. All work must be accomplished within set response times and completion dates. The extension will be for seven months and has a magnitude fo $500,000 to $1,000,000 Classification Code (SIC) is 1799.
