Description

Design and build a Parade Float.The float shall be approximately 36' in length X 8'0" wide X 13' 6" inch in height (while traveling ), up to 17'6" adjustable for parades as per maximum height allowed. Float must be able to travel through out TX,LA,MS,AL and FL. year round.The contractor must be an offical float builder for the Orange Bowl Parade.The solicitation is available on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FISC Jacksonville web page listed below. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). The Government does not anticipate paper copies of these documents to be issued. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer. The procurement size standard is 500 employees,SIC 3792.Numbered Note 1 applies.
