Quantity Required is 2400 ea. to be shipped to New Cumberland PA 17070-5001, 696 ea. to be shipped to Anniston AL 36201-5021 and 387 ea. to be shipped to Stockton CA 95296-0130. Required delivery 150 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See numbered notes 9,12 and 26. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees.
