This RFP replaces RFQ SP0480-00-Q-7806. 2840-00-424-6569, GE p/n 9062M17G01. Item sole source to General Electric Supply Co. No other known sources of supply at this time. Alternate offers must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) Package for review and approval. Quantity is 1,509 each, with a 180 day delivery schedule. The solicitation issue date is 10/05/00.
