Solicitation No. 53SBNB060172, previously advertised herein on September 6, 2000, and the full Request For Quotation (RFQ) for which appears at the NIST Contracts Office web site: http://www.nist.gov/admin/od/contract/contract/html , is hereby amended as follows: [A] Specification paragraph 2.2 C 6 (page 33 of the RFQ): The following text is added to the referenced section: "Crane rails may be installed using hook bolts in lieu of rail clamp plates. Installation shall be in accordance with AISC guidelines for using hook bolts."; [B] Specification paragraph 2.2 E 18 (page 37 of the RFQ): The following text is added to the referenced section: "Retraction of floor operated pendant pushbutton station shall be manual, with pull chain."; and [C] Standard Form 1449 SOLICITATION/CONTRACT/ORDER FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (page 1a. of the RFQ), Block 19, Item 0004, OPTION 3: The following text is added to the referenced section: "The amount of error and omission insurance for this project shall be $1,000,000." ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS ACQUISITION REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. The due date for receipt of quotations remains September 18, 2000, by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
