Description

Description -- Custon UL 200 Helium Leak Detector Cart System, includes all equipment and hardware, modified industrial cart with power strip and convenience accessories, assembly, design and delivery. Part Number: Custom UL 200. Quantity: 1 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22 The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instruction to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items) 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commerical items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation.
