1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation No. DAKF06-00-T-0116. This solicitation is being issued as a "Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. 4. For this acquisition, the small size standard is $5.0 million, and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5211. 5. The provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial apply to this acquisition to include any addendas to the provision. 8. Offerors who receive award will be required to complete a copy of the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items. 9.
