DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION 1. Change quotation due date from "14 September 2000 @ 4 P.M., Room 117, Bldg. # 504" to "19 September 2000 @ 4 P.M., Room 117, Bldg. # 504." 2. Change item 5 in Amendment No. 0001 from: "Addition to Statement of Work, Section 5: Specifies, Number N. The contractor will purchase and install a Digital Instant Recall CD Recorder to monitor and record telephone and radio communication as follows: A) Record telephone communications when telephone receiver is lifted. B) Record select net on a constant basis when that net is selected on demand or active." to read as follows: "Delete the statement concerning the Digital Instant Recall CD Recorder." This was an optional requirement and is not required at this time. 3. All other terms, conditions, requirements of the synopsis/solicitation as amended by Amendment 0001 effective 30 Aug 00 remains unchanged.
