Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F41612-00-TO532 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is under Standard Industrial Classification code 3621, with a size standard of 1000. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition. Item 0001: Generator, Quantity of 1 each. Manufacture: Onan. Size: 100DGDB. Style: 120/208 VAC 12 Lead, 3 Phase. Other: 100 KW. Diesel Standby Indoor Genset, 12 Lead, 120/208 VAC Alternator, Permanent Magnet Exciter, Isochronous Governor, Detector 12 Genset Panel, Left Side Mounted Circuit Breaker, Engine Coolant Heater, Muffler, No Battery. Equals will be evaluated accordingly. Item 0002: Generator, Quantity of 1 each. Manufacture: Onan. Size: 20DKAE. Style: 277/480 VAC, 3 Phase, Outdoor Diesel Standby Genset, Outdoor Enclosure, Permanent Magnet Exciter, Electronic Isochronous Governor, Detector 12 Control Panel, Circuit Breaker, External Coolant Heater, Muffler, No Battery. Equals will be evaluated accordingly. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, (Aug 2000). It is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (FEB 2000) with the quotation. FAR clause 52.212-4 (May 1999), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition with the following addendum: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar 1998).
