Description

Description; Biopsy and aspiration machine, 120 VAC, ultrasound system, to include UGA 10014, sterile kit .14-18 guages UGD 10023, sterile kit .18-23 guages, 2 operating manual and 1 technical data manual. ODC implication considered, model# UltraGuide 1000,1 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additional information will be provided upon request. See Note 22 The following clauses are applicable to sbject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offerors representations and certification -- commercial item), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items), 52.212-5 (Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items).
