Description

The Defense Information System Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to CIS Integrators Inc. of Sterling Virginia. DISA has a requirement for NSA, Type I certified TEMPEST portable computers and multifunction printer-scanner-copiers. This contract will be awarded to CIS Integrators on the basis that they are the only responsible source of the items listed above in accordance with FAR Part 6. THIS SYNOPSIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN AWARD FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE. The determination of the Government not to open this requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within 5 days following publication of this notice or no later than 2:30p.m. EST on 20 Sep 00.
