Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement. Proposals are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number is M00681-00-T-0460 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. The Standard Industrial Code is 2731, Small Business Size Standard 500 employees applies. This requirement is for a fixed price requirements contract with a base year and one (1) option year for the following items encompassing the Franklin Covey "7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE" training program: CLIN 001. Electronic Organizers, Palm Pilot Model Palm V, with copyrighted Franklin Planner software, Franklin Covey P/N: 20455, CLIN 0002. Electronic Organizers, Palm Pilot Model Palm IIIxe, with copyrighted Franklin Planner Software, Franklin Covey P/N: 22812 CLIN 0003. Electronic Organizers, Palm Pilot Model VIIx, with copyrighted Franklin Planner Software, Franklin Covey P/N: 22999, CLIN 0004. Book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Steven R. Covey, Franklin Covey P/N: 71251. Supplies are for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton with the option to encompass all Marine Corps installations in California and Arizona. All requests for copies of the solicitation must be in writing via FAX: 760-725-8445 Attn: James Burnham or via email: burnhamjw@mail.cpp.usmc.mil. Requests must identify the solicitation number, company name, mailing address, point of contact, telephone number and fax number.
