This is a sole source acquisition to Gentex Corporation for a quantity of Modification Kits, Black and Gray. Military specifications are not available. Solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with Minimum/Maximum quantities and four term option years. Procurement will be made utilizing Gentex part numbers as follows: Modification Kit, Black -- Design Control Reference 90B7948-4/5/6. NSN: 8475-01-442-4784(s)- Basic Quantity: Minimum 38094 ea. -- Maximum 48000 ea. Option Term Year 1 through 4 quantity per year -- Minimum 11,727 -- Maximum 21,778 each. Modification Kit, Gray -- Design Control Reference 90B7948-1/2/3. NSN: 8475-01-442-3542(s) -- Basic Quantity: Minimum 37,692 ea. -- Maximum 46,414 ea. Option Term Year 1 through 4 quantity per year -- Minimum 11,727 ea. -- Maximum 21,778 ea. Twelve deliveries beginning 180 days after date of award and every thirty days thereafter. Destination is Defense Depot San Jaoquin, Tracy California and Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA. All meterials are to be contractor furnished. Anticipated date of award is Novemeber 30, 2000. Include Notes 9,2 and 26.
