Description

This notice is provided on a sole source basis with intent to award a firm fixed price order to Agilent Technologies. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number N00259-00-T-0113, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. Services to be acquired: On-site full service and corrective maintenance contract on government owned Ultrasound Machines, Model: Model SONOS 2500 (2 EA), SONOS 5500 (1 EA), TRANSESOPHAGEAL PROBE, MODELS 21369A and 21364A (Number of Units: 5 each) including all parts, labor, transportation, unlimited corrective maintenance and an annual vigilance audit in accordance with the statement of work (SOW).
