Description

This notice is provided on a sole source basis with intent to award a firm fixed price order to Draeger. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number N00259-00-T-0118, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. Services to be acquired: On-site full service and corrective maintenance contract on government owned Anesthesia Unit, Model: Narkomed 2C (Number of Units: 7 each) including all parts, labor, transportation, unlimited corrective maintenance and an annual vigilance audit in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). The contract will be for a base year with three (3) option years. Period covered for the base year is 10/01/00-09/30/00.
