Description

The Immigration and Naturalization Service intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to TransCore, 9480 Carroll Park Drive, San Diego, CA for Repair and Maintenance service of the Pre-enrolled Access Lane (PAL) system located at San Clemente Checkpoint. TransCore will inspect the PAL System to determine the condition of the elements and recommend a Plan of Action to return the system to an operational status, in accordance with the original design and specifications. TransCore was the contractor responsible for the design and deployment of the PAL System and has proprietary rights to the software and drivers at this time. This synopsis is for information only.
