Description

Nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Vehicle Operations, Maintenance, and Analysis in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services to be performed include vehicle inspection and cleaning, passenger and cargo movement, vehicle fleet management and analysis, vehicle control functions, lease vehicles, control fleet credit card system, vehicle maintenance, and administrative reports and analysis. Assist in mobility deployment, disaster preparedness exercises and contingencies. Solicitation will be released on 18 Aug 00 and proposals will be due on 29 Sep 00. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on 24 Aug 00. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract with a basic period form 01 Jan 01 through 30 Sep 01, and four 12-month options. Solicitation will be full and open competition. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7539 with a Small Business size of $5M. Evaluation of offers will be a Price-Performance Tradeoff (PPT) in accordance with FAR Part 15 and supplements. An oral presentation is required.
