Description

The VISN 22 Network Business Center hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a sole source contract under the simplified acquisition procedure to Marquette Electronics to provide First Call maintenance services on the following Government-owned Marquette Equipment located at the Addelair D. Guy VA Ambulatory Care Center located at 1700 Vegas Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89106: (1) Marquette Muse Filer Server, (2) Marquette Muse Communication Server, (3) Marquette Mars Holter System, (4) Marquette Mars Holter Printer, (5) Marquette Case Stress System, and (6) Marquette EKG Machine. Marquette Electronics is the OEM manufacturer of the above listed equipment. The Contractor shall provide any software and instrument upgrades that are made available during the term of the contract, in addition to training and all necessary labor, parts and supplies. The resulting contract will be effective for one base year, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year option periods. There is no solicitation document; prospective contractors should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firms must indicate their ability to satisfy the requirement within fourteen days of this notice. Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than the contractor named.
