Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis, to Bell & Howell for hardware and services that is necessary to modify proprietary sorter culling software for Criterion letter sorters owned by the IRS. No award will be made on the basis of any proposals or other information received in response to this notice since this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
