Description

Provide Anesthesia services for the VA Medical Center, North Chicago, IL, beginning approximately October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or about 9/19/00. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be submitted in writing and cost $5.00 each. Checks are to be made payable to Depart of Veterans Affairs. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
