Description

The Federal Correctional Institution Beckley, located in Beaver, WV, is seeking qualified contractors for the following medical services: Optometrist and Othopedic consults for the inmate population. The contract period for each service will be for a one year based period, with one, 1-year renewable option period. These contracts will be awarded based on overall low bid received inclusive of the option period, based upon price per session and meeting the qualifications as noted in the solicitation. RFQ's to be available on or about 10/16/2000 with an anticipated award date on or about 12/29/00. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
