Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% small business set-aside basis, Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Technical Services to the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) for the Purchase Card Automation System (PCAS). The contractor will be required to, among others tasks, develop and maintain management tools to monitor the status of critical tasks; monitor the progress of Help Desk Issues; review, develop and revise the PCAS website, prepare draft documentation reporting on PCAS implementation, improvements and integration; perform systems engineering analysis and make recommendations for system improvement, develop and review recommended functional requirements for system upgrades and improvements; provide technical and management consulting services to assist in the monitoring and resolving of fleet-related issues with Purchase card Operations; and develop a training plan for PCAS. Am indefinite quantity, labor hour contract is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing on 15 November 2000 and ending on 30 September 2001. The contract will also provide for two (2) one-year option provisions. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may require the submission of technical, past performance and cost/price proposals. The applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 8742; size standard $5M. All responsible source may request the RFP and submit an offer which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia.
