Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command has a requirement in support of its comptroller directorate for a COBRA related database designed to show SPAWAR closing lines of accounting. The application will assist the Financial Analysis Branch in meeting their objectives by streamlining part of the FM&C required process to annually validate obligations, by eliminating the hard copy printing and mailing of unliquidated obligation review requests, and by dramatically minimizing labor resources required for tracking of related responses and preparation of reporting requirements. The anticipated period of performance is from effective date of award through 12 months, with two one-year options to follow. The proposed effort will be firm-fixed-price contract with sole-source award to Computer Products Inc.
