Description

This synopsis amendment 02 (ELV Integrated Support -ELVIS) is issued to provide additional information on the agenda for the one-on-one discussions (September 18 -- 22, 2000) referenced in the subject synopsis. The one hour allotted will consist of: (1)Introduction -- 5 minutes; (2)Govt -- Small Business Representative;Technical Requirement Overview -- 10 minutes; (3)Potential Offerors, Capabilities Overview -- 15 minutes; (4)Gov't & Offeror Discussions/Market Research -- 30 minutes. Please note the purpose of the meeting is to conduct exchanges with industry, to encourge process innovations and ensure that business decisions are sound prior to finalizing our acquisition strategy.
