Description
The Contractor will provide Closed Medical Record Survey for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94121. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. FAR Clauses Commercial Items 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply. General specifications include 1. The Charts will be transmitted once per month. 2. Records will be any combination of Internal Medicine, Surgery and Neurology discharges. 3. The Contractor has four weeks from the receipt of the chart to complete the review. 4. The Contractor will be granted electronic accesss to the DVA Medical Center's Clinical Program Records System (CPRS). A survey form will be supplied with the review criteria.
