Description

The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for lawn and grounds maintenance services to be performed under solicitation No. 00-SQ-34-0181, at the Yuma Area Office located at 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, Arizona. The project area covers 42,920 square feet (Ft2) of lawn, 67,600 Ft2 of parking area, and 35,768 Ft2 of road area. Contract performance is estimated to begin on or about December 19, 2000. This is a firm fixed price commercial item service contract. Quotes will be evaluated on technical, past performance, and price/cost factors for a best value award. Offerors are encouraged to submit all relevant factor information with their quotes for evaluation and consideration. The contract period is one (1) base year with four (4) option years. For this acquisition, the Standard Industrial Classification code is 0782 and the small business size standard is $5 Million. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside acquisition.
