x -- The Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Falls Church, VA intends to issue a purchase order to Parking Management, Inc. for sixty (60) commerical parking spaces located at 5107 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, Virginia within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted to the address shown in item 7 by COB September 26, 2000*****
