Description

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE PRESENCE OF ASBESTOS -- Prior to the commencement of any demolition work on the two buildings to be removed under this contract, the Contractor is responsible for a pre-demolition inspection to determine the presence and required treatment of any asbestos-containing material. The Contractor is then responsible for the removal and disposal of any asbestos-containing material identified in this inspection. Personnel certified in asbestos abatement shall perform all inspections and as well as any required asbestos removal and disposal. All applicable State and Federal regulations shall be followed. The Contractor is responsible for all associated expenses and for securing all required permits for this work.
