Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, specified materials, equipment, effort, and supervision necessary to renovate a portion of Bldg. #295 (Medical Clinic) which includes asbestos abatement, minor demolition, new flooring, painting, mechanical, electrical and incidental related work. Work associated with the Lab includes final utility hook-ups to laboratory casework furnished and installed by the Government. Contract completion date is 105 days after award of contract. This procurement will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business, SIC Code 1542, small business size standard is $27,500,000. This solicitation will only be available electronically. The entire solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Amendment(s) will be posted on the web site for downloading. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTATIONS.
